What are Limitless Transfers?

Limitless Transfers are Hot Peel DTF (Direct to Film) transfers. DTF is a modern garment decorating technology where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat pressed onto garments and other textiles.

Our transfers are produced using expanded gamut printers (CMYK + RGBO + White), allowing us to reproduce a significantly wider range of colors than traditional CMYK printing. This results in brighter, more accurate colors and smoother gradients, especially in vibrant tones that standard DTF printers struggle to reproduce.

DTF technology has quickly become a go-to solution in the garment decorating industry because it allows for full-color designs, fine detail, and easy application on a wide variety of fabrics.

How do I order Limitless Transfers?

It’s easy! You can order directly through our website. Simply use our state of the art gang sheet builder to upload your designs, or upload your ready to print gang sheet file at 22.5″ wide by however long you need (22″ x YOUR LENGTH).

What are your artwork requirements?

If you’re using our gang sheet builder, your artwork must be in PNG format with a transparent background. We highly recommend 300 DPI at the final print size. Scaling artwork up will lower the resolution and may reduce print quality.

If you’re uploading print-ready gang sheet files for the Custom Length product, artwork should be designed and exported in RGB color mode. PDF files are highly recommended for vector graphics. If you are uploading a PNG, it can be no longer than 100 inches.

*PRO TIP* With the Custom Length product, if you’re ordering both vector and bitmap/raster artwork, separate them into two files for best results. Vector artwork can be placed in a PDF, while pixel-based image files should be exported as a PNG. Simply add the total lengths of each file together when entering your combined length at the top.

Can you pantone/color match?

Because our DTF transfers are printed using an expanded gamut ink set (CMYK + RGBO + White), we’re able to reproduce a much wider range of colors than traditional CMYK printing. Simply convert your Pantone color to RGB.

That said, DTF printing still isn’t a true spot color process, so exact Pantone matches can’t be guaranteed. Our RIP software interprets RGB artwork and converts it to the closest printable color within our printer’s gamut.

If you need guidance choosing an RGB value that best matches a specific Pantone color, we offer RGB Swatches, which is the most accurate way to dial in color. You can also email us at info@limitlesstransfers.com, and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

What are the minimum orders?

If you’re using our gang sheet builder the minimum size is 22.5″ x 24″. If you’re using the Custom Length product where you upload your ready to print gang sheet, the minimum size is 22.5″ x 12″.
