Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis at the discretion of Limitless Transfers management.
Limitless Transfers reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected misuse of promotions or rewards programs, pricing errors, issues with artwork, or orders that do not comply with our policies. If an order is canceled by us prior to production, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Printing & Color Disclaimer
DTF transfers are printed using an expanded gamut process (CMYK+RGBO+W). While this allows us to achieve a wider range of colors than standard CMYK, not all colors can be reproduced exactly.
Color accuracy is not guaranteed. Certain colors, including but not limited to neons and extremely bright tones, may not print as expected.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that colors shown on screens may differ from printed results.
Limitless Transfers is not responsible for color variations or expectations based on digital previews.
Application & Use
Proper application is the responsibility of the customer. Factors such as heat press settings, pressure, dwell time, and substrate can affect results.
Limitless Transfers is not responsible for issues resulting from improper application, user error, or equipment malfunction.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Your product did not ship within 2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Items are defective
We may request photos or videos to verify any issue before approving a refund or reprint. In some cases, items may need to be returned.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
